Entertaiment, derived from the medieval Latin inter tenere (meaning “hold inside”), has become a powerful force in our lives. It can bring joy and stimulation, or it can be cruel and harmful. It can be a form of art or a way to attain perception or highbrow growth. It has even influenced the way we communicate with one another and can be a source of power or control. [2]
